You’ve tried to "fix yourself" with self-help and still feel stuck, burnt out, or out of alignment
You want to reconnect to your body and your intuition instead of spiraling in your head
You crave a soft, clear space where your sensitivity is honoured—not pathologized
You need a little support from a fellow sensitive person who get’s it
What we’ll do together:In this 70-minute Zoom session, I’ll guide you through a blend of somatic coaching, nervous system support, and compassionate inquiry to help you:
Understand what your body is trying to communicate
Unhook from old survival strategies (like people-pleasing, numbing, overgiving)
Begin to feel safe inside yourself again
Reconnect with your sensitivity as a gift, not a flaw
You’ll leave with:
A fresh sense of clarity
Somatic tools tailored to you
A deeper understanding and respect for your sensitivity
