The Sensitivity Session

Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or “too much”?
Let’s gently come back to your body, your truth, and your sensitivity—together. This isn’t therapy, and it’s not surface-level advice.
This is a space to be seen, felt, and supported as your full self.


What this session is for:

  • You’re navigating emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or freeze and want to feel safe inside yourself again

  • You’ve tried to "fix yourself" with self-help and still feel stuck, burnt out, or out of alignment

  • You want to reconnect to your body and your intuition instead of spiraling in your head

  • You crave a soft, clear space where your sensitivity is honoured—not pathologized

  • You need a little support from a fellow sensitive person who get’s it

    What we’ll do together:

    In this 70-minute Zoom session, I’ll guide you through a blend of somatic coaching, nervous system support, and compassionate inquiry to help you:

    • Understand what your body is trying to communicate

    • Unhook from old survival strategies (like people-pleasing, numbing, overgiving)

    • Begin to feel safe inside yourself again

    • Reconnect with your sensitivity as a gift, not a flaw

    You’ll leave with:

    • A fresh sense of clarity

    • Somatic tools tailored to you

    • A deeper understanding and respect for your sensitivity
