What is Somatic Re-Selfing?
Somatic Re-Selfing is my unique blend of nervous system healing, inner child work, somatic practices, and identity reclamation.
It’s for the woman who:
Grew up feeling like she had to perform, perfect, or shrink herself to be loved
Took on the moods, styles, or identities of the people around her
Lost connection with her body, her voice, or her desires
Has done the mindset work, therapy, or self-help... and still feels stuck
Wants to feel whole — not fixed, not more productive — just home in herself
This work is gentle, powerful, and deeply personal. It’s about learning to feel again. To listen to your body. To honor the tenderness inside you. To rewire the beliefs that shaped how you show up in the world — without force, without bypassing, and without shame.

Bi-weekly 60-minute somatic coaching sessions via Zoom
Personalized somatic practices, nervous system support, and reflection prompts
Voice note and text support between sessions (because so much unfolds in the in-between)
A safe, compassionate space to meet your inner child, soften protective patterns, and reconnect to your true self
Optional support with holistic nutrition and functional lab work — for clients who feel disconnected from their body through symptoms, burnout, or long-standing imbalances
(Because sometimes the body’s overwhelm isn’t just emotional — and tending to your physiology can make the somatic work even more powerful.)
