Meet your Practitioner
Hi, I’m Emily — a Somatic Practitioner and Holistic Guide for highly sensitive women who want to feel safe in their bodies and at home in who they are.
I’ve always been sensitive.
As a child, I felt everything — deeply, fully, often silently. Often described as the “shy girl”
But when my mother died and I was taught that we don’t stop to feel, we just keep moving on, something in me went quiet. I didn’t stop feeling — I just stopped showing it.
Like many sensitive women, I learned how to get through. I became “strong,” capable, put-together. I kept things light, or sarcastic. I found ways to distract myself from my feelings. And for a long time, that worked — until it didn’t.
It was motherhood that cracked me open again.
Not in a dramatic way, but in the quiet realization that I had built a life that looked fine on the outside — yet left me feeling distant from myself. My softness, my needs, my body. All of it had gone quiet.
That’s when I began my own return. Slowly, gently, and with a lot of unlearning.
Now, I support other sensitive women who are ready to reconnect with their full selves — not by becoming someone new, but by reclaiming what’s been buried.
Through Somatic Re-Selfing — my signature approach — I guide you in rebuilding safety, trust, and wholeness from the inside out. Using somatic practices, nervous system care, inner child work, and holistic support, we create space for the version of you that never stopped existing — just stopped being seen.
You don’t have to be less sensitive to live fully.
You just need support that honors how deeply you feel.
And I’d be honored to walk with you as you come home to yourself.
